These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TEDDY mobile app and teddybooking.com (together, the “Service”), operated by Teddy Booking LLC (“Teddy,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

TEDDY is a marketplace that connects clients with independent beauty and wellness professionals and salons (“Providers”).

Teddy Booking LLC does not itself perform the beauty or wellness services listed on the Service. Those services are provided by the Providers you book.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to book and pay for services.

You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Bookings, Changes, and Cancellations

When you book a service, you enter into an arrangement with the Provider to deliver the selected service.

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and no-show policies may be set by each Provider and are shown to you at the time of booking. Please review a Provider’s policies before you confirm your booking.

4. Payments, Gift Cards, and Memberships

Prices, applicable taxes, tips, and any deposits are shown at checkout.

Gift cards and memberships are subject to their stated terms, including value, expiration, and any included benefits or prepaid service credits.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, and you authorize us and that processor to charge your selected payment method.

5. Rewards and Points

Points and rewards have no cash value, may expire, and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at our discretion.

Rewards may not be sold or transferred except as we expressly allow.

6. Wellness Disclaimer

Mood tracking, journaling, goals, reminders, and other wellness features are provided for personal well-being and are not medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for any medical or mental-health concern.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service;

• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service;

• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;

• Use the Service unlawfully; or

• Infringe the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

The TEDDY name, logo, app, website, and content are owned by Teddy Booking LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teddy Booking LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of any Provider and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
