At Teddy Booking, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal information. If you no longer wish to use your TEDDY account, you can request that your account and associated personal information be deleted.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your TEDDY account:
Send an email to admin@teddybooking.com from the email address associated with your TEDDY account.
Use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject of your email.
Include your name and the email address or phone number associated with your account.
Our team will review your request and contact you if any additional information is required.
What Happens After Your Request
Once your account deletion request is verified:
Your TEDDY account will be deactivated and scheduled for deletion.
Personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.
You will no longer be able to access your account or account-related features.
Any saved preferences, profile information, rewards, or other account-related data may no longer be available.
Account deletion does not necessarily cancel or reverse transactions, bookings, payments, or other obligations that have already occurred.
Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, for legitimate business purposes, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or other legal obligations.
Important Information
Before requesting deletion, please make sure that you have completed or addressed any pending bookings, payments, refunds, or other matters associated with your account. Deleting your account may prevent you from accessing your account history and other information through TEDDY.
If you simply want to stop using TEDDY but do not want your account deleted, you can contact our support team for available options.
